WILL YOU POP-UP AT MY EVENT?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It's our goal to make sure that each of our customers are 100% satisfied. However, due to the nature of our product, we're unable to accept returns on our tea blends. Returns are accepted on unused tea ware and will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Because we are a small batch business, it will take approximately 7-14 days to create and ship your order. Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. 

HOW MANY SERVINGS OF TEA DO I GET IN EACH TIN?

We ensure that each tin has 25-30 servings (based on 1 tsp per 6 oz which, is the standard cup size for tea). For example, Dwellness has about 15 servings. Chai has 25-30, etc.
